Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Developing and executing organized proposal plans in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams from marketing and sales, 工程, 项目管理, 分包, 合同, 金融, 质量, 安全, 出口管制;

Coordinating requirements with contributors and adherence to proposal schedule;

Must have experience with Department of Defense RFPs, or other federal government 年龄ncies.
Strong focus on analyzing and understanding RFP requirements and preparing documentation and proposal plans for kick-off meetings shortly after RFP release.
Experience with the Shipley Win Business (capture and proposal) process a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent teamwork and project man年龄ment skills.
Proficient in Microsoft (MS)® Word®, MS Excel®, MS PowerPoint®, and MS SharePoint®.
